A Brief Introduction

I am Bhutanese. An Army Officer, alumni NDA, IMA, MCEME, AMIMI and an Engineer. I was arrested and imprisoned without reason in 1990, as I belonged to different community (Nepali-Lhotshampa) not ruling community. When I was arrested, I was working at Central Workshop Gaylegphug, Bhutan with my UNDP, SMEC-Australia, Japanese engineers and an Indian officer to construct the workshop, some of them are still alive who can tell the truth about me.
